I knew had to change when I had my First child knowing as a Man in a household the Father will always be seen as a superhero.

Understanding this Reality I knew I had to become someone of capability knowing the endless forms of protection I needed to become capable of in order to protect my Family outweighed any bad I was doing in my life at that current time.

I brought myself to start because I deeply resented all realities of me not being able to stand up for myself and my Family.

Seeing my Brothers Physically working extremely hard was also the turning point, knowing I was falling behind I had to do something.
